7th National Conference on Challenges to Change: Exploring New Dimensions for Enhancement of Quality Education" has been organized by BVM College of Management Education.

It was two days National conference. In this conference the total no. of registered participants are 224. We have received approx 197 abstracts out of which 124 were selected for the papers, finally 62 paper has been received out of which 54 papers were selected for publication and has been published in the E Journal “UGC Care Listed journal ,Kalasarovar” (Journal Impact factor- 4.015) having ISSN 0975-4520

The inaugurals Session was forward with starting the worship of maa saraswati, we had as a Chairman of inaugural session Dr. Vishal Sood Professor & Dean, School of Education, Central University of Himachal Pradesh , Dharmshala (H.P.) Key note speaker was Dr. Sujeet Kumar Mishra Associate Professor, Department of Education , Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, (C.G.) Chief Guest was Prof. Umesh Holani, Rector Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

Our college dignitaries welcomed the entire respected guest….Respected dignitaries were invited to deliver their wisdom words on the theme of the conference. On the first day One technical session were conducted

I technical session was of Education & General, that was chaired by Chairman Dr. R. P. Pandey Professor & Dean, School of Education, ITM University, Gwalior (M.P) Co- Chairman Dr. Sujeet Kumar Mishra Associate Professor, Department of Education , Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, (C.G.) & Dr. Sunit Bhatnagar, Professor, MPS Shiksha Mahavidyalaya, Gwalior and key note speaker was Dr. G. K. Sharma, Assistant Professor, Institute of Law, Jiwaji University, Gwalior (M.P.)

Rapporteurs were Mr. Pradeep Jha. & Mrs. Akshaya Sahu In which total no. of paper registered 32 and actually presented 22 Papers

Second Day IInd session was of Education & General that was chaired by Chairman Dr. Chandra Shekhar Barua , Assistant Professor IITTM Gwalior, Co-Chairman was Dr. S. B. Ojha , Assiatant Professor, Govt PG College of Education, Gwalior and keynote speaker was Dr. Budh Singh, Assistant Professor, School of Education, Dr. Harisingh Gour University, Sagar (M.P.) and Rapporteurs’ was Mr. Umesh Gautam & Mr. Rishabh Sachdeva
