11th National Conference on Universal Empowerment for Skilled & Sustainable Future
February 22nd & 23rd, 2025.

Introduction

BVM College of Management Education proudly hosted its 11th National Conference on “Universal Empowerment for Skilled and Sustainable Future” on February 22nd & 23rd, 2025. This two-day event brought together 300 registered participants, including academicians, researchers, professionals, and students, to discuss critical perspectives on skill development and sustainability. The conference received 128 abstracts, of which 116 were selected for paper presentations, and 106 full papers were submitted. The selected manuscripts are going to be published in UGC CARE-listed journals: IPE Journal of Management (ISSN: 2249-9040), The Journal of the Institute of Public Enterprise (ISSN: 0971-1864), and Parikalpana: KIIT Journal of Management (ISSN: 0974-2808).

Inaugural Session

The conference commenced with a ceremonial worship of Maa Saraswati, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge. The inaugural session was graced by:

  • Chairperson : Prof. R.S. Tomar, Vice Chancellor, Amity University, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
  • Chief Guest : Dr. Krishna Gupta, Professor and Head, Department of EAFM, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
  • Keynote Speaker : Prof. Poonam Puri, Professor, Institute of Management Studies, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.

College dignitaries, including Group Executive Director Mr. Manoj Singh Kushwah, Executive Director Mr. Abhishek Jain, Principal and Conference Chairperson Dr. Saurabh Goyal, Conference Convener Dr. Varsha Ratnaparkhe, and Conference Co-Convener Dr. Uday Singh Rajput, warmly welcomed the guests. The distinguished speakers shared insightful perspectives on the conference theme, setting the tone for meaningful discussions.

Technical Sessions

The conference featured three technical sessions over two days, each focused on a specific domain. In every session, two Best Paper Awards were presented, with the winners receiving cash prizes of Rs. 2,000 and Rs. 1,500, along with a shield and a certificate.

Human Resource Management and General (Day 1)

  • Best Paper Award : Dr. Era Tiwari (Assistant Professor) and Ms. Anjali Jha (Research Scholar), Department of Banking, Economics, and Finance, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, received the Best Paper Award for their research paper titled "Sustainable Enterprise Development for Women Empowerment: A SWOC-Based Analysis." Prof. Ananta Shrivastava, Department of Biomedical Sciences, School of Biosciences and Technology, Galgotias University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, was the runner-up for her research paper titled "Consumer Behavior and Ethical Choices: Correlating Adult Snacking Preferences in Delhi."
Finance and General (Day 1)

  • Best Paper Award : Rajesh Sharma, a Ph.D. research scholar in the Department of Physics and Computer Science at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University), Agra, received the Best Paper Award for his research paper titled "Analysis of Factors Decreasing the Sustainable Environment Due to Tourist Arrivals in India." Shivam Yadav, a Ph.D. research scholar in the Department of Economics at the same institute, was named runner-up for his paper titled "Climate Change vs. Poor Infrastructure: A Comparative Analysis of Their Impact on Agricultural Production in India."
Marketing and General (Day 2)

  • Best Paper Award : Ms. Parulben Rameshbhai Rohit, Research Scholar for Ph.D. and Faculty Member, and Dr. Ramroop K. Sharma, Assistant Professor, Department of Accounting and Financial Management, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, won the Best Paper Award for their research paper titled "Demystifying Financial Evaluation of Public Sector Banks: Pre- and Post-Merger." Dr. Vijay Kumar Dalal, Assistant Professor, Department of Botany, Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University), Agra, was the runner-up for his research paper titled "Comparison of Growth and Physiological Parameters of Tomato under Hydroponics and Soil Cultivation inside a Polyhouse."
Valedictory Session

The valedictory session was honored by:

February 25th & 26th, 2023

Introduction

BVM College of Management Education proudly hosted its 10th National Conference on “Organizational Responsibility & Accountability: An Ethical Challenge” on February 25th & 26th, 2023. This two-day event brought together 300 registered participants, including academicians, researchers, professionals, and students, to explore ethical challenges in organizational responsibility and accountability. The conference attracted 345 registered participants. A total of 135 abstracts were received, of which 95 were selected for paper presentations. Ultimately, 70 papers were submitted. The 43 selected manuscripts are going to be published in UGC CARE-listed journals: Madhya Bharti Journal of Science (ISSN: 0972-7434) and Shodha-Prabha (ISSN: 0974-8946).

Inaugural Session

The conference commenced with the traditional worship of Maa Saraswati, symbolizing the pursuit of knowledge. The inaugural session was graced by:
